Job description
Lead development of casting products for Hydraulic Brake System (HBS) integrating information from Computer Assisted Analysis (CAE), CAD, Magma simulations, suppliers, and other metal casting experts to achieve feasible design to meet the manufacturing technologies metal castings Vertical / Horizontal Green sand moulding, Permanent die casting, GDC, LPDC, HPDC;
Metal casting development within new launch projects and customer RFQs to achieve on time feasible casting design with supplier feasibility commitment meeting quality & safety requirements;
Key contact person, leading, guiding information and technical expertise to local Management, R&D, ME design, quality and SQM teams with Metal casting products, technologies, processes and metallurgies.
