Náplň práce
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Developing a clear strategy identifying locations countrywide for Tesco expansion, including forecasting of sales, monitoring of competitors and use of data sets and geographic information systems mapping (GIS)
- Support developing of a detailed strategy for Tesco expansion in Slovakia
- Providing detailed suitability overviews of specific sites based on multiple factors including population, affluence and competition
- Providing sales forecasts for specific sites
- Providing detailed maps for reports and presentations
- Monitoring competitors in Slovakia and their expansion plans
- Analysing and understanding sales performance in existing stores to assist in strategies and forecasting
- Developing an understanding of entire Slovak assets - store, mall, car park
- Build, maintain and analyse key performance information databases for Slovakia (ie. competitor databases, sites overview,etc.)
- Preparing packs for Slovakia to assist the business in understanding what is happening in the market and overall opportunities
- Support team leader in day to day work
