Job description

We are now looking for a bright Credit Analyst to join our team.  You as the right candidate shall be responsible for analyzing and assessing the credit risk profile of SMEs. You shall conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessments and due diligence to determine the likelihood of loan repayment and fulfillment of other financial obligations of the company within the greater business environment context. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the new credit management team and to take an active role in developing products that will have a significant impact on our business.

Other requirements

  • University degree – Accounting, Finance or Economics degree preferred 
  • Past relevant coursework or internship in bank´s credit risk departments
  • International study or work experience (in a relevant area) is desired 
  • Market and (financial) data research skills with attention to details 
  • Sound Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) skills is a must 
  • Basic experience in reading and understanding financial statements, reports and presentations 
  • Excellent writing and communications skills in both Slovak/Czech and English language (min. B2 level) 
  • Intellectual curiosity with a twist of creativity. Flexible, preferring new challenges over routine 
  • Ability to talk with entrepreneurs and managers to understand financing opportunities requirements operate in fast paced environment and balance multiple tasks 
  • An entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude facilitated by continuous learning 
  • Active participation in an open-minded, creative and hard-working team 
  • Ready to handle a load of up to 10 new investments per year and dozens of companies for review
