Job description

• Manage, implement and support SalesForce CRM development project from initiation through deployment, implementation and every-day operation.
• Decide the structure of CRM system and ensure it works seamlessly across each arm of an organization.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention of customers.
• Ensure the CRM system captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle.
• Map customer journeys by analyzing touch points along a pipeline and maximize commercial opportunities with this information.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Prioritize the stages of implementation of CRM system based on agreed Roadmap.
• Design and maintain appropriate dashboards and reports that provide clear, accessible statistics to the team.
• Partner with the IT Department to ensure the data integration between databases and CRM operates smoothly.
• Collaborate with SalesForce support services (within and outside of the company) in all phases of development and resolve any issues arising from the CRM, and utilize their services, if needed, to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Train staff on the CRM system’s use and capabilities.
• Develop user, support, and technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audience.
• Actively participate on building and maintaining data governance processes, responsibilities and tools with focus to customer data domain.
• Support users of CRM system in designing, building and maintaining relevant business reports.

Requirements

Koho hľadáme

  • Proven experience managing implementation and operation of CRM system (Customer 360, Lead management, Next Best Action, Customer Lifetime Value, Opportunity management, Activity management, etc.), preferably SalesForce and Financial/Insurance sector
  • Minimum of 3 years using data to improve data tracking and analysis and assessing processes and systems to promote growth of customer base, preferably in an insurance/pensions industry
  • Strong writing, communication, and computer skills
  • Proven record of working collaboratively with staff and internal and external customers
  • Experience working independently on complex and moderate scale projects
  • Understand workflows and process documentation of how roles are performed
  • Understand complex applications from user perspective
  • Demonstrated skills in documenting technical processes, writing technical materials in a way that non-technical people can understand
