We’re looking for candidates who have varying levels of Risk Management experience and would like to develop or continue in their career path with us.

How your day will look like:

We focus on providing our clients with solutions that help them cope with challenges of the fast-pacing business environment. As a member of our team, you’ll collaborate on various projects alongside team members of different backgrounds.

The Junior/Senior Risk Analysts will be participating in the end-to-end process of an automated risk management tool solution and provide clients with in-depth analyses and processes on risk matters.

Key activities will include:

Juniors:

  • Reviewing data/ background checks
  • Performing research to gain external market perspectives
  • Performing supporting analysis
  • Answering risk assessment questionnaires for focus area and check/ validate risk profile

Seniors:

  • Defining (external) business partner category as well as service details (country of service, contract length, amount of service, etc.) based on information provided by client
  • Answering risk assessment questionnaires for focus area and check/ validate risk profile
  • Reviewing and approving answers provided by third parties on a content level as well as proofing documents 
  • Assigning respective users/ user groups based on predefined governance matrix
  • Deciding on further approval/ review need 
  • Reviewing and approving data/ background checks
  • Supervising and coordinating more junior colleagues

Requirements

Personality requirements and skills:

  • You are curious, flexible and have a thirst for knowledge, bringing a fresh perspective in what you do
  • You are able to think analytically and approach situations with problem-solving attitude
  • You are able to perform quality research to understand an issue and draw conclusions
  • You have knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Active knowledge of the English language
  • German language is plus but completely not a must, further language skills beneficial
  • Experience in one of the focus areas is preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Structured and thorough way of working
  • Pronounced sensitivity in dealing with compliance-related issues

Nice to have content knowledge:

  • Understanding of overall global compliance/ integrity standards and regulations
  • Understanding of governance steps (approval, escalation)
  • Knowledge of trends/ developments in any of the mentioned focus areas to identify and assess screening hits
