Job description

What can you expect

• Resposibility for regular reporting of stock availability (process definition, development of local and corporate tools, analysis,..)
• Preparation of local and corporate reports , e.g. stock, orders, DC service level
• Development of local tool for ordering, implementation of new reporting tools
• Being the process owner for central ordering for all logistic flows
• Support for IS harmonisation (data sources, connection between databases, ...) to fulfill supply chain needs for planning and ordering
• Coordinates all activities related to ordering from stores for standard and promotional orders

What are the requirements

• A university degree in the field of management, supply chain or related
• At least 5 years of profesional experience as an supply chain analyst, data analyst, BI specialist or related in an FMCG business or retail
• Experienced in programming, working with big data storage and stock management
• Proven capability to independently develop and maintain technical ordering tool for automated central ordering
• Advanced user of Excel, MS Access is a must and SQL know how is an advantage
• Fluent in English language, min. level of proficiency B2
