Job description

Senior Operational Buyer is responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:

• Processing of PRs and release of POs to suppliers according to OSP and within quality and time constraints
• Track and follow up POs and deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Documentation in SAP
• Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials
• Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners
• Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective plant stakeholders
• Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities
• Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.
• Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full (OTIF)
• Resolve major supply issues and complaints in collaboration with Category Management/ Sourcing

• Degree in business or technical field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment, with a thorough knowledge of Procurement end-to-end and business processes.
• Work experience with SAP modules (MM, FI, Ariba) and typical other IT-tools. Technical understanding of IT supported processes to increase process automation.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently. pressure.

*The basic wage component

This salary is the minimum possible offer and may be higher depending on the scope and seniority of employee requirements.
