Job description
- Implement the quality activities for assigned assembly line
- Manage control process, supervisors and team leaders of assigned assembly line
- Coordinate internal and external quality activities
- Prepare all technical documentations for assigned assembly line
- Perform the planned activities for part approval and improvement efficiently
- Analyse problems (4M, SPC, activities, Quality techniques, etc.)
- Investigate rootcause of defective parts
- Cooperation on customer meetings according to requests
- Active communication with suppliers (Countermeasures, 8D reports)
- Effective cooperation with other dept. (Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Material) to avoid and solve problems
- Participation on supplier audits
- Preparation and responsibility for customer audit

Working environment and company culture
Hyundai MOBIS, founded in 1977 under the name Hyundai Precision Industry, established itself as a container manufacturer and overtook the current leaders in this field within the first three years. During the nineties, MOBIS reoriented itself to the automotive industry and produced Hyundai Galloper and Hyundai Santamo cars, the production of which was handed over to Hyundai Motor Company in 1999. Towards the end of the year, he started the production of axle modules, and in November 2000, a formal transformation of the company took place, including a change of name to Hyundai MOBIS.
Companies all over the world are trying to succeed in the tough competition for new production methods. In this situation, knowledge of top technologies is a clear necessity, especially in the field of the automotive industry. The MOBIS research center is trying to succeed to the maximum extent in this competition. Its main areas of research and development are modules (front and rear axle, cockpit) and other key systems such as airbags and braking devices.
What do we produce?
MOBIS, one of the largest Korean suppliers for the automotive industry, is located together with Kia Motors Slovakia on the so-called green meadow in Gbeľany, where it completes 4 types of car modules. These are the front mask module, instrument panel module and both axle modules. Mobis Slovakia also produces bumpers and brake systems.
Nowadays, the modularization of production in the automotive industry is the path taken by almost all car companies in order to ensure their competitiveness. Therefore, the ultimate goal of Hyundai MOBIS is to produce and supply the highest quality modules and, thanks to this, to become one of the best companies of this type in the world.
