Náplň práce
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- Work closely with different teams across finance. Bring together finance business partners, local FPA managers and Group Finance team.
- Coordinate and manage annual budgeting process and bi-monthly forecasting process between 3 CE markets and Group entity in UK.
- Ensure accuracy of the data in the system and data reported to Group Finance team.
- Get close to retail business, identify and understand performance and challenges across three different markets.
- Have access to long-term business strategy development and work on translating those strategic plans into financial KPIs.
- Supply analysis of trends of both financial and non-financial KPIs (such as market share, market growth, inflation, ..) Leverage these analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Keep a connection between key high level drivers & more complex reporting results & analysis. Interpret the financial KPIs in the context of retail business
- Leverage storytelling skills to create forecast and budget packs for senior leadership
