Náplň práce
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Support of legal team with various law related tasks and cooperation under supervision of senior lawyers on tasks fulfilled by the legal department.
- Tasks relating to corporate governance agenda
- Preparation of various legal documents relating to litigation and administrative procedures, controls, audits etc.
- Drafting of various legal documents (e.g. contracts, lawsuits, analysis) under the supervision of relevant members of legal team
- Legal support of different business projects
- Administrative support of litigation and administrative procedures, controls, audits etc.
- Communication with authorities relating to claims/debts of the company
- Communication with debtors and executors
- Processing relevant payments in cooperation with accounting department
