HOW IS WORKING IN THE BUSINESS SUPPORT TEAM SPECIAL?

 

The Business Support department creates processes which make the store operations efficient, simple, and competitive. The range of Business Support stretches from creating honest working environment to communicating our values as well as listening to our colleagues, and helping them in any way possible.

 

Join Our Team as a Payroll & People Systems Manager!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • System Management: Oversee the Payroll & People (EGJE) and Attendance (ANET) systems, ensuring smooth operation and user support.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Distribute tasks and processes within the People Department, providing access to data and technical support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to analyze user needs, existing processes, and report system issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external support companies.
  • Expertise: Be recognized as an expert in payroll, people, and attendance systems.
  • User Support: Collaborate with Personnel and Payroll Teams to meet their needs and provide training.
  • System Optimization: Seek and implement solutions for optimal system use.
  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions based on thorough problem analysis and process understanding.
  • Project Participation: Engage in projects related to payroll, people, and attendance system changes.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate potential solutions considering current and future applications.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Ensure timely updates and issue resolution with system vendors.
  • Documentation: Create and review tender documentation for new developments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and simplification of internal processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR System Expert: 3+ years in HR systems at medium/large organizations.

  • Language Pro: Native Czech/Slovak speaker with advanced English (B2).
  • Leadership Star: Proven people management and stakeholder skills.
  • Analytical Genius: Advanced analytical and statistical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Tesco Knowledge: Familiar with Tesco systems (huge plus).
  • Change Driver: Skilled in managing and implementing change.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring a positive, can-do attitude.
