Náplň práce

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

  • Close cooperating with digital agencies, marketing, creative, and content teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, content, and tactics.
  • Demonstrating proficiency and deep understanding of performance marketing tools, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
  • Creating detailed campaign plans, outlining campaign tactics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget allocation.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and KPIs closely, using data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Implementing A/B testing and experiment with campaign elements to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Preparing campaign reports and presentations, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support specific projects or campaigns when necessary.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and campaign improvement.
  • Conducting thorough competitor analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities for campaign differentiation and positioning.

  • University education
  • Advanced english profficiency (C1)
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (Google, Meta, Sklik, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Ability to lead small team
  • Experience with web development
