Náplň práce
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- Identify opportunities for improving customer interactions and engagement throughout their journey.
- Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify key segments and tailor campaigns to suit their preferences.
- Continuously monitor and give insights of campaign performance to CRM campaign specialists in order to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Analyze CRM data to gain actionable insights into customer behaviour, preferences and trends - driving data based decisioning.
- Adhere strictly to data protection regulations, ensuring all CRM activities are compliant with relevant data privacy laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Tesco data team in order to maintain data integrity within CRM campaign tool and data warehouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
