WHAT THE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Are you passionate about change? Do you thrive on solving problems? Are you a team player who can engage and motivate teams and stakeholders? In our department, you'll learn how to manage complex projects from start to finish. You'll work on projects aimed at improving and simplifying everyday processes in our stores. You'll be at the forefront of introducing new projects. It's truly an exciting place to work. We focus on implementing brand-new programs, enhancing and streamlining existing ones to ensure we offer great value to our customers. Through these changes, we aim to be faster and more efficient, providing better services and products in a challenging and rapidly changing retail environment.

AMAZE US BY YOUR...

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, up to two years post-graduation.
  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Logical thinking and a passion for data.

 

Attributes:

  • Willingness to become a true expert and future leader with a passion for retail.
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, empathetic, responsive, innovative, and collaborative.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

 

  • Language: Good command of English (B2+ level) for daily communication with colleagues.
  • Mobility: Enthusiasm for travelling; some parts of the program will require travel within the country and Central Europe.
